Hello,
Candidates must have passed an under graduate degree from any institution/university recognized by law in India or, Candidates who have Diploma in UG design from NIFT/NID only, are eligible or, Candidates who have passed Diploma course of three years from NIFT/NID are also eligible. Thank you.

Yes, your rank is good enough to get you admission into CET, Bhubaneswar or NIFT, Bhubaneswar. Getting into CET would be comparatively easier than NIFT.

NIFT is not a very good college, it is just a government college with some basic facilities. If you are getting any better NIT than it then go for it. Else NIFT is better than private colleges.

Hi Aathira,
No, there is no such scheme for fee at NIFT for SC category students, but you can get post matric scholarship from state government through National Scholarship Portal (NSP) in schedule caste category. You can apply for the same, after taking admission.
