The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is conducting the NIFT 2024 counseling process is four regular rounds, followed by a SPOT round.Note that separate cut-offs will be released for each round.The cut-off will be based on factors like:merit rank of the candidatecatgory applied for admissionseat intaketotal applicants, etc.If a candidate doesn't meet the cut-off for an admission round, he or she will be considered in the subsequent round. However, if one fails to meet the cut-off of the last round, one may not get admission at all.

Candidates can download the sample paper for NIFT through the official website of NIFT. Shiksha also has some sample papers for the aid of candidates, they can download it in the pdf format without any login required. It is also free of charge. Some reputed private coachings also release their sample papers when the examination is nearby, they may or may not be free . The NTA releases an official answer key for the GAT section. This would allow students to estimate their scores by comparing their answers to the official ones.However, there is no official answer key released for the Creative Ability Test because it's an evaluation based on subjective criteria like creativity, innovation, and design skills.

Prior to the results being announced, the NTA made the recorded answers for the NIFT 2024 written exam available. Online downloads of the recorded responses are available at exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT, the NTA website. Make sure you log in with your application number and birthdate to get the recorded responses. There will be several stages to the NIFT 2024 exam. For example, in order to be admitted to the B. Des programme, an applicant must first pass the written GAT and CAT tests. If they are selected for further consideration, they must then take a Situation Test. Candidates for M.Des who make the short list must attend a personal interview rather than the situation test. The syllabus for the NIFT 2024 exam has already been released as the exam has been conducted. The NIFT releases the syllabus for the entrance exam along with the official brochure or prospectus, typically several months before the exam date.NIFT 2024 exam took place in March 2024, as that's the usual timeframe for the exam. The syllabus was released well before the exam date to allow candidates sufficient time to understand the exam format, covered topics, and prepare accordingly.

Most students who took the NIFT 2024 exam reported that the GAT paper's difficulty level was low to moderate. Students said the CAT paper was not too difficult too. While some students felt the GK and Math sections were a little challenging, most students said the NIFT 2024 exam was simple. Because there were so many questions based on historical events, students generally found the GK portion to be challenging. It is reasonable to anticipate that the cut-off for NIFT 2024 would be high given the low difficulty.
