The National Institute of Fashion Technology, a premier academic institute of design, management, and technology, aims at establishing the benchmark for the quality of professionals that go into the fashion industry. The institute provides comprehensive and state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment to impart both practical and theoretical training. There are 2,370 seats allocated in B. Hello, National Institute of Fashion Design (NIFT) provides few scholarship programs for the aspiring students. There are two kinds of scholarships provided to students in NIFT. One is Sarthak NIFT Financial Assistance Scheme. This is for the students having parental income under a certain slab. For instance, those having parental income around in the range of 1.5 LPA to 2.5 LPA then assistant will be provided up to 75% of the tuition fees. Other one is, UDAAN means cum merit scheme for foreign studies. Under this scheme, a limited number of students are selected and they will receive sponsorship for the approved course fees for a period.
