For admissions you have to apply in foreign quota. Admissions are easy and generally accepted for foreign students. Different universities have different admission procedures, you can find a list of all colleges here

This is the minimum eligibility required:
B.Sc in Filmmaking is an undergraduate level Bachelor's degree course. The academic program is 3 years long. Students who have passed 10+2 are eligible to pursue this course.
