NIIFT Entrance Exam

The Mohali campus of the Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology offers PG courses like MSc Garment Manufacturing Technology, MSc Fashion Marketing and Management and MDes Fashion & Textiles.The candidate can select the campus at the time of counseling and seat-allotment. Note that campus allotment will be on the basis of merit.

The candidate must make it a habit to solve sample papers very early on in their preparation. For instance, after completing a chapter, you can solve related questions. Note that NIIFT sample papers may not be easily available. In such a scenario, you can solve sample papers of other popular entrance exams like NIFT, NID DAT, etc. Ideally, you should solve as many sample papers as you can.

NIFT Delhi does not offer the regular Interior Design UG or PG course. NIFT Delhi offers the following UG courses as under.
B.Des in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Fashion Communication, Knitwear, Leather Design, Textile Design, etc.

Both colleges are best the NIIFT is under governmental organisation and FDDI is non governmental organisation and both colleges faculty and infrastructure is good but I recommend you FDDI because in FDDI institute was provide Masters in fashion designing and there placements was good

Following document are needed at the time of NIFT counselling:
1) 10th Marksheet and passing certificate
2) 12th Marksheet and passing certificate
3) Caste Certificate for SC and ST students
4) Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC student
5) Photos

All you have to do is fill form either online or offline. Then, you have to appear for a written exam. If you qualify it, you will be called for a situation test and a personal interview. If you qualify it too, you will be attending a counselling session, where you can choose a course and a center of your choice according to your rank scored.

Admissions in niift is on entrance basisnot on merit basis.
