Dear Himanshu Kumar Kaushik. both are doing good but. average salary point of view Praxis is offered 6.4 lakhs where as NILLM offered 5.24 lakhs per annum. obviously Praxis is doing well relatively. so you can prefer. all the best.

regarding faculty you will experience the best in terms of knoweledge , they will be like your friend and will guide you with every possible ways.
