The average salary of a B.Sc. graduate from NIMAS is about INR 3 to INR 5 Lacs per year, although this varies depending upon the specific specialisation taken up in the B.Sc. program, skills, experience, and internships during the course of B.Sc., and also market conditions at the time of passing out. Students end up in a wide variety of fields such as IT, education, research, and healthcare. The diversity of employment prospects along with possible salary growth in due course is also supported by firms that employ staff from NIMAS; they range from local to national ones.

NIMAS is relatively easy admission, especially if it happens to be the concerned programme for which the admission is sought. The institute normally prefers those candidates who have a minimum eligibility criterion with respect to their academic background and acceptable scores in the entrance exams. Normally, an application form is submitted, followed by an interview, and sometimes a written test. Even though basic requirements help in easy entry, this course is really competitive, depending on demand, so proper preparation and presentation are the keys for that.
