As you say you are from a ST category then I must say yes. You get a chance of having a lower NIT's or may be NITBhopal/kurukshetra if you are lucky.Wait for 2nd and 3rd round, you'll definitely get any of the NITs.Best of luck

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, SRM University offers an online Bachelor of Computer Applications BCA programme. However, eligibility for the NIMCET (National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test) may vary based on the specific admission criteria set by NIMCET and the participating NITs (National Institutes of Technology). Hello Shakti Prasad Behura, for all practical purposes Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th. Hence you can fill up marks of Diploma in that column.
