(a) Candidates must be holding graduation degree I. e. BCA/B.Sc (Hons. )/B.Sc/BIT as per 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised University (b) Candidates must have studied mathematics or statistics or equivalent subject during graduation degree. Candidates with B.Com are not eligible for appearing in NIMCET.

No, Jalandhar do not comes under NIMCET. The NIMCET participating NIT institutes 2019 are - Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal.
