MJRPU is far superior when it comes to placement compared to NIMS Institute of Engineering and Technology and NIMS University, an average pay package for a MJRPU student is Rs 8 Lacs compared to NIMS Institute of Engineering and Technology, NIMS University (NIMS IET) student having an average pay package of Rs 6 lakhs.Besides that, it has better placement ratio as compared to NIMS Institute of Engineering and Technology and NIMS University. In 2023, roughly 80 percent of MJRPU students got placed, whereas approximately seventy percent of NIMS Institute of Engineering and Technology, NIMS University students got placed.

Almost 99% of students got placed in this college with the highest monthly package offered at INR 70,000 and the lowest at INR 8,000. However, NIMS University has a record of 100% placements in all branches of medical, engineering, and management. In 2023, the highest package offered to students was Rs. 20 LPA. According to the official website, the the highest package of INR 12.02 LPA was offered during NIMS University MBA placement. According to the official website, the college rolls out more than 1,200 placement offers each year and as of now, more than 15,000 students have been placed across Accenture, EY, IBM, TCS and Wipro, among various other organisations. The programme fee of MBBS is INR 22 Lacs for Management Quota. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.
