Yes, in many cases you can. Many colleges can accept you but with more strict evaluation because you are from open schooling. But, not every college will accept your application. It is therefore advisable that you check with them directly. Chances of admission in Germany are very less so will recommend you to check colleges in US, Canada, UK, Australia, etc. You can drop the admission offices an email and they will let you know if NIOS will be accepted and if additional verification will be required for admission.

The first and foremost eligibility requirement to apply abroad for an MBA is to have completed a basic Bachelor's level graduation degree. This could be an engineering degree B.E. / B.Tech B.Sc. B.Com B.A. or in any other discipline. A Master's or doctoral Ph.D. degree is also fine. A full-time degree from a reputed university is preferred. We often come across this question and we advise students to connect with the universities and colleges in Canada directly, simply because the admission rules and regulations of every colleges vary greatly. NIOS is recognized in India and should be recognized by foreign colleges. But, we cannot generalize it's acceptance since the requirements are different. Some colleges may accept, some will not. You may have to take some pre requisite courses or an assessment of your qualification will be done by the college first. Hence, you are advised to contact the colleges, email them and they will respond.
