Hi Harsh, yes, you can study in USA based on NIOS Certificate. But you will need a recommendation letter to get admission there, which you can collect from your university/college. Please keep in mind that acceptance rate for admission rate for foreign students based on NIOS Certificate is very less. But you should try as one never knows until they try. Please also note that NIOS is not the only criteria to get admission, you will need to give other tests also for example TOEFL ACT etc.

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) was set up to cater to the needs of a mixed group of learners up to pre-degree level. The NIOS Class 12 subjects are categorized into six groups: Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D, Group E, and Group F. All the language subjects are included in Group A. All the other subjects such as Science, math, commerce, etc. Have been put in other groups. The maximum mark for each of the NIOS 12th exams is 100. The marking schemes are as follows:

Hello, the minimum eligibility criteria for the Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology for most of the colleges is 10+2, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Some colleges also approve candidates with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects to allow admission into this diploma course.
As far as Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU) is concerned, it is a 100% grant-in-aid state government university recognized by UGC.

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) conducts NIOS Class 12th examinations twice a year, in March-April and October. The admissions for Block-I usually start during mid-March and continue until the mid of September for the March-April examinations, while for the October examinations, the admissions commence from the very next day the Block-I admission concludes, that is, from the mid of September until the mid of March of the following year. The National Testing Agency NTA conducts the Joint Entrance Examination JEE Main to shortlist candidates for the JEE Advanced for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Candidates must have passed or appeared in Class 12th or its equivalent from any recognised board to be eligible in the year of application. Since NIOS is also a recognised board, candidates are eligible if they have passed the 12th at NIOS. NIOS Certificate is valid, even if you want to continue your further studies in Aboard. And you are having a good IELTS score. As you have completed IELTS exam, start applying for universities by sending your test score along with your Application form. Then the universities will send you an admission letter (which is also called as I20), if your academic profile satisfies university admission requirements.
