Will I go for Diploma CSE + B.Tech CSE. Or its better to do NIOS + B.Tech.

NIOS+B.Tech is the best option, because through this you can get the opportunity for studying in India's top NITs and even IITs. While through Diploma +B.Tech, only state government and private engineering colleges are the options. However regular 10+2 is recommendable here instead of NIOS.
