Yes, it is accepted in every institutes and universities in India. It is just like other educational boards like CBSE and ICSE. Yes, you can as NIOS is also a recognized board.
Candidates have to qualify in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) to secure admission in B.Tech program.
B.Pharm and D.Pharm admissions are offered on the basis of a valid score in Brainware University Entrance Examination.
M.Tech admission is subject to a valid score in PGET or GATE while for MCA, the candidates have to qualify in WBJEE (JECA).
For all other UG and PG courses, the university conducts its own entrance test termed as Brainware University Entrance Test.

Hi,
Yes, you will get admission in IEM. But, you must have passed all the subjects of class 12th. They will verify your marks at the time of admission. Also, this college is famous for its placement, so after your graduation, you can expect a good job in top IT companies.

Hello Aryan,
I am afraid your unique solution to do 12th again will not be able to work. This is so since it's the "first" passing year of 12th that counts. I feel you have lost the opportunity to seek admission in NIT etc. By choosing medical. However you can think of seeking admission in private colleges or deemed to be universities where this constraint does not apply.

Government colleges have admission on merit based on 12th board marks and that changes every year. It is different for different states every year. You should go through the previous trends of cutoff for the required course. Also, check if you've any reservation.
