As of the report by CBSE -NIOS candidates are ineligible for NEET-2018. Now the point is JIPMER has started that the student must be from a recognised 10+2/HS or eqv. Exam board. But CBSE governs all the exam and the decision of the Central Board is a final one and you could even are that ISC has a * in their pattern from the year 2018.
