The Candidates can pay the NIPER JEE 2025 application fee through credit card/debit card/Net banking. The exam is conducted for admissions to the Master's and PhD level in the Pharmacy domain. To register and apply, candidates will have to furnish their personal details such as name, address, graduation, and other educational details, GPAT/GATE/NET scorecard details, choice of examination centre, candidate's photograph in prescribed size, format, and signature.

NIPER has three options to choose as per the course chosen by the candidate.For Option 1: Registration Fee for MS (Pharma. )/MPharm/ M.Tech (Pharma. ). NIPER JEE application fee for the General and OBC category is INR 3,000 and for SC/ST it is INR 1,500.Option 2: Registration Fee for MBA (Pharma) NIPER JEE application fee for General and OBC category is INR 3,000 and for SC/ST it is INR 1,500.Option 3: Combined Fee for both of the above streams viz. MS (Pharma)/ MPHARM. / M.Tech (Pharma) & MBA (Pharma) NIPER JEE application fee for General and OBC category is INR 4,500 and for SC/ST it is INR 2,500.

After the payment has been processed successfully, the candidate will be redirected to a confirmation page. The page will confirm that the NIPER JEE application fee was received by NIPER conducting institute/body. Candidates can save and print this page for future reference. Candidates were allowed to make NIPER JEE application fee payment last till May 31, 2023.

There are three options of exams for which candidates can apply depending on the course they want to pursue. For option 1, the registration fee for MS (Pharma) /MPharm/ M.Tech. (Pharma. ). Is INR 3,000 for Gen/OBC/PH/NRI categories and INR 1,500 for SC/ST categories. For option 2, which is for MBA (Pharma), INR 3,000 for Gen/OBC/PH/NRI categories and INR 1,500 for SC/ST categories. For option 3, the combined fee for both the mentioned streams, that is MS (Pharma)/ MPharm/ M.Tech. (Pharma. ). & MBA (Pharma. ), the fee is INR 4,000 for Gen/OBC/PH/NRI categories and INR 2,000 for SC/ST categories.

The NIPER JEE 2025 application form will be available from April 2025 tentatively and the registration window will open for a period of 30 days. Candidates will have to fill the form online in order to appear for the exam. The application fee needs to be paid online as per the payment method directed by the exam conducted body. NIPER releases an official notification stating the complete guidelines on how to fill the application form and the amount of the revised application fee.
