I cannot compare both the colleges but I can tell you some specific points about JIIT if you are considering a decent CS/IT college:
1) JIIT I. e. Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida - provides quality education in the field of IT and is considered best in DELHI/NCR.
2) Being specifically an Information Technology college, the education imparted and the curriculum is amazing
3) The infrastructure is great. We have amazing faculty members and amazing Computer Labs.
4) The LRC (Learning Resource Centre) which is our library is piled up with books of every domain.

Hello,
There is no any criteria for admission on the basis of your 12th board. Admission Process at Institute Of Technology, Nirma University for B.Tech. Degree is divided into three categories-
1) Gujarat State Quota (50%)
2) All India Quota (35%)
3) NRI/NRI sponsored Quota (15%)
Thus, if anyone applies for All India seats college prepares a rank list based on AIR (All India Rank) and respective ranks are allotted to each applying candidate. Entire admission process will be carried out considering this rank. And that is ITNU rank.

Both are good in there own perspective. But, in my opinion you must check the details of both the colleges on there portals and then select according to your requirement and budget. Good luck.

IPMAT exam you have to give for the admission in BBA. Eligibility criteria Candidates should have passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Examination (10+2) or any other equivalent examination from the school located in India (including Gujarat State) and recognised by Nirma University, with minimum 60% aggregate marks. The age of the candidates shall be not more than 20 years as on 1st July of the year of admission
