You have completed your degree in chemical engineering and you are interested in doing a course in food preservation etc. Yes this definitely appears to be a very good course to expand your horizon and also increase your employability. No, you cannot do Diploma course from Nirmala Niketan after class 12th, as it have Post Graduation Diploma in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition eligibility criteria are candidate must be a graduate from recognized university.
Admission is based on marks obtained in graduation.
While if you are interested in doing certificate course in food preservation and processing then you are eligible.
