Candidates who want NIT Agartala admissions need to apply online. Candidates are selected through various national-level entrance tests which include IIT JAM, CCMN, JEE Main, GATE, CCMT, NIMCET, MAT, GMAT, CAT, CMAT, etc. NIT Agartala comprises 13 departments that offer more than 20 courses in different streams such as Science, IT and Software, Engineering etc. Candidates are selected through multiple national-level entrance tests for these courses. Admission is provided on the basis of cumulative scores of a qualifying exam, Personal Interview and profile of the candidate.

Yes, a final year students can also apply for MBA at NIT Agartala. A valid GMAT score will be applicable for foreign students only.Students appearing at their final year graduation examination may also apply (with eligibility criteria up to last completed semester) Such candidates, if selected, will be admitted provisionally and candidates have to submit certificate of completion of the graduation degree. If they are not able to fulfil the eligibility criteria or unable to submit certificate of completion of the graduation degree, their admission will stand cancelled.

Yes, aspirants can apply for MBA at NIT Agartala can apply with a valid score of CMAT. The other accepted entrance exams are CAT/XAT/MAT. To be eligible to get admission to MBA course at NIT Agartala, students are required to fulfil minimum eligibility criteria for the course. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree of three-year duration from a recognised institute/ university with a minimum of 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA are eligible to apply for the course.
