For reporting in NITs, there is no need to renew Domicile and income certificate.
They will not see your domicile and income certificate for verification. They only need caste certificate from the above three mentioned.

How are you?
You may prefer Shiksha college predictor.
In our country, people truly believe on IITs and NITs for B.Tech and placement.
But, due to downfall, these are also losing its position.
Apart from these, some private college are BITS, SRM, NIRMA, VIT, SKIT Jaipur, UPES Dehradun and LPU are getting higher value.
Well, there, you may get good environment.

12th marks are not included in counselling for NITs but you should have scored the eligible scores in the board exam to get NITs.
The minimum marks to be obtained in board exams are 75%. It is applicable for JEE Advanced also but it is better to score at least 75%.

This assumption cannot be judged because every year, on the basis of exam level, the cutoff may vary in terms of high and low. So, you can try to do best in the exam with confidence.
