As per the eligibility criteria for Admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating through Central Seat Allocation Board:
Admission to B.Arch / B. Planning. Courses in NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating though Central Seat
Allocation Board will be based on All India Rank subject to the condition that the candidate should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12thclass examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class / Qualifying examination conducted by the respective Boards. I mean you are eligible but I don't think you will get into any NIT because cutoff goes high and you don't have enough marks for that.

For NITs, you need minimum of 75% in 10+2 and you need to qualify JEE Mains paper 2. For IITs you need minimum of 75% in 10+2 and you need to qualify JEE Mains paper 2 and 1 and then JEE advance and then AAT to be eligible.
