No, for getting admission into pursue's, first thing is your +2 stage should be cleared in all subjects and then you have to appear in JEE Mains exam . Also you have to clear the cutoff based on your category in JEE Mains exam .After this there are some chances to get into the pursue's.

Hello Sethi!
The minimum eligibility to get admission into NITs, IITs is to have atleast 75% in your board exams and yes a decent score in the JEE Mains and Advanced exams.
If you don't have 75% then you are not eligible for admission.

Just wait for the counselling date. I think it would be in mid June. Fill the required forms but with such marks, there are no chances of any government college so better keep searching for a private one.

Hello Sasi Kumar!
The admission to any of the NITs, IIITs and GFTIs is based on your marks and all India ranks in JEE main examination. (Joint Entrance Examination).
To get admission into IITs, you need to clear both JEE main and after that JEE Advanced examination. If your rank and score is too good then you can get the top IITs.
And also, the minimum eligibility to get admission into these universities is to have atleast 75% in your board exams.
All the best!

I don't think that you will be getting NIT. Your chances are nil. You should try for any private institute considering JEE Mains result.
