It is difficult to predict your admission chances in NIT Kurukshetra solely based on your JEE Main rank. However, if you have cleared JEE Advanced you have a better chance of getting admission into NIT Kurukshetra as compared to only JEE Main qualified candidates. The admission process for NIT Kurukshetra considers various factors such as the JEE Main and JEE Advanced scores, the category you belong to, and your performance in the counseling process. NIT Kurukshetra also releases a cut-off for each programme and category, which changes every year. Since your JEE Advanced rank is not disclosed, it's hard to determine your chances of get

The admission to government institutes for BTech varies from state to state and also depends on the availability of seats in each institute. Since you have not mentioned your state, it's difficult to provide a specific answer. However, with a category rank of 12000, you have a higher chance of getting admission to a government institute compared to your CRL rank.

It really depends on your interests and goals. If you are looking for a more research-oriented field, then CSE at NIT Nagpur, Jaipur or Kurukshetra might be the best option. However, if you are looking for a more industry-oriented field, then ECE at NIT Warangal might be a better option. Ultimately, the best choice depends on what you are looking for in terms of career opportunities and your personal preferences.

A JEE Main score of 250 or higher is regarded as good and a JEE Mains score of 85-95 percentile is ideal for getting into NITs and IITs through the exam. Candidates must also be in the top 15,000 to 20,000 ranks to be accepted into the best NITs and IITs.

It's nice to see your query. Before I answer your query, here is some information that you should know. Even though percentile is of vital importance, it's the ranking released by NTA at the end of different sessions that matter most. NTA will announce ranking after the end of session of exam this year. In this, they will combine percentiles of both sessions with for those who appeared in both, best of two will be selected. Then ranking is released.
Last year students with ranking about 8000 got admission. I am attaching a link to help you understand.

In JoSAA finding a seat with this rank is not guaranteed but in CSAB round there is a good chance that you may get branches like production engineering.
