Fairly speaking I don't have much idea about percentile because in our time we dealt with rank system.
So talking about rank, generally the maximum rank in general category goes around 4-5k.
Therefore, you must work sufficiently hard to take the seat.

Considering that you are from other state. You will have to secure a rank between 9000-12000 to safely ensure that you get a seat in ECE in NIT KKR. Now, talking in terms of marks, you need to score above 180 in JEE MAINS.
ECE in NIT-Kurukshetra is a good option and if you really want a seat here then you must work really hard.

No need to confuse. You should keep in mind-NIT has a tag. Even, both institutes are renowned one, but still if you have any doubt, then you can go for placement records, because academics are best.
