Fairly speaking I don't have much idea about percentile because in our time we dealt with rank system.
So talking about rank, generally the maximum rank in general category goes around 4-5k.
Therefore, you must work sufficiently hard to take the seat.

Considering that you are from other state. You will have to secure a rank between 9000-12000 to safely ensure that you get a seat in ECE in NIT KKR. Now, talking in terms of marks, you need to score above 180 in JEE MAINS.
ECE in NIT-Kurukshetra is a good option and if you really want a seat here then you must work really hard.

IIMS requires strong entrance score. With this score, it is too difficult for enrolling in IIMS, as your academic background is good. Don't lose hopes and try your best.

Well, starting salary can be 3LPA in any average engineering college in IT companies and can go upto 6-7 LPA. For core companies it is bit higher, approx. 4-5 LPA min. for start.
In good colleges you will get much higher pay.

MNIT- Jaipur is the best for the MBA as there is a good infra, faculty and the placements are better than any college in the list that you have mentioned above.

You should dig a little bit deeper. Try to research on both the fields in every aspect if have confusion, firstly, you should understand what these two things are. MNNIT Allahabad is better for civil engineering than mechanical in NIT-Kurukshetra because MNIT provides good quality of civil faculty members and good course curriculum.

No need to confuse. You should keep in mind-NIT has a tag. Even, both institutes are renowned one, but still if you have any doubt, then you can go for placement records, because academics are best.
