Fill the admission form and then submit it before the deadline. Appear for JEE Main and meet the required cut-off score. Participate in the JoSAA round of counselling for final seat allotment. Fill college choices and select NIT Nagaland as the first choice.

For securing an admission in NIT Nagaland, a candidate must follow this process: Secure atleast 75% in XII examinations. 60% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.Appear for the JEE Mains examination and secure a rank between 3000-6000 as per past records.Appear for the counselling processAfter qualifying, a candidate must complete all the formalities like fees, etc. The candidate has got admission into NIT Nagaland after completing every formality.

No, you cannot get direct admission in NIT Nagaland.A candidate must secure atleast 55% in Class XII in Science Stream. Secondly, candidate must clear JEE Mains exam for undergraduate admission and GATE for postgraduate programmes. Further, a candidate has to also appear for counselling to confirm their admission. BTech is offered in NIT Nagaland across 6 specialisations.
