The latest cutoff information for the admission for M.Tech in computer science and engineering at NIT Patna is 6054 for computer science and engineering (Data science)and 7434 for computer science and engineering (cuber security) These are the cutoff ranks with respect to GATE entrance exam other exams accepted are DASA etc.Going through the official website of NIT Patna will be more beneficial Hope this helps

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the General category under All India, opening rank was 18001 and closing rank was 22270. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 24149 and 30091. Admission to BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in NIT Patna is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE.

Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to BTech in Mechanical Engineering in NIT Patna is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

The cutoff trend for BTech CSE at NIT Patna has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank under the General category for all India quota was 15871. In 2022, it decreased to 14638. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 22266 to 21654 for OBC, 79063 to 56352 for SC, 1884 to 70929 for ST, 18577 to 18303 for EWS, 415 to 292 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.
