Extremely sorry for my wrong answer. NIT kurukshetra is more better than NIT Patna in terms of average placement and also rating & review of NIT kurukshetra is more better than of NIT Patna.

Yes, you can get admission.
And if you belong to some minor category and you have the certificate then also put that it will be better and easy to get admission.

It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs with this percentile. You have to go only for private institutes. Use the college predictor tool to know in which institutes you are eligible to apply.
