130 marks out of maximum possible of 360 will get you nowhere. You need to aim for more than 200 if you are seriously considering admission in any of the NITs.

NIT Patna has two years PG degree course M.Tech Electrical Engineering with specializations such as Control Systems Engineering and Power Systems Engineering.
