NIT Patna. Depends on a number of factors. The degree - Is it a B.Tech or MCA. Since NIT Patna does not offers MCA so you can go for NIT Raipur if it is MCA. The stream- Not all streams or departments of any college are best. So for NIT Raipur if you are opting for Metallurgy, Mining, B.Arch then they are better than most of the NIT's with healthy placement record. While NIT Patna lags behind in these departments. Placement - For core branches NIT Patna offers better placement than NIT Raipur. Ranking - NIT Patna is higher in ranking than NIT Raipur. You may get a seat in School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada under female category and if you have a reservation, then you can definitely get the seat.

The best government college you will get is RGPV Bhopal with this. Also, you have a better percentage, hence, you also have chances of getting a tuition fee waiver with this. Other colleges will be GEC Ujjain (government). Or Private be (LNCT Bhopal, Acropolis and Medicaps Indore).

I hope you are doing well. Below is the list of architecture cutoff in NIT raipur with Home state (HS) and other state (OS)all categories. General - HS - 1783 to 4488 and OS 547 to 1622
OBC - HS - 1265 to 2628 and OS 552 to 587
SC - HS - 564 to 964 and OS 165 to 258
ST - Hs - 47 to 95 and 93 to 122
If your rank and category satisfied with this cutoff then you will get NIT raipur.

Yes, you have excellent marks for general Category in Mains. Between the two, I would suggest you to opt for the one which is nearest to you as these two do not hold a significant difference academically between them.
If both are around the same distance, I would suggest you NIT-Jaipur as the better one.
Also, try for SPA Bhopal over NIT Jaipur. Best of luck.
