The National Institute of Technology Raipur admits students to the M.Tech course on the basis of valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores. Based on the entrance test scores, candidates are then called for the CCMT (Centralized Counselling) process for admission to the MCA course. Students applying for the National Institute of Technology Raipur MCA course must have passed a three-year degree or equivalent degree from a recognised University/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% (of all the years) or an equivalent CGPA of 6.5/10. In the case of SC/ST candidates, 55% aggregate marks (of all the years) or an equivalent CGPA of 6.0/10 is the eligibility requirement.

A. NIT Raipur BTech admission 2024 is based on candidates' performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main), conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Based on the entrance test scores, candidates will be called for the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the JEE Mainregistration 2023 for session 2. The last date to apply for the JEE Main session 2 exam is March 14. Candidates seeking admission to NIT Raipur BTech courses must visit the official website of NTA to apply online. JEE Main 2023 second session exam will be held between April 6 and April 12, 2023, except April 7 & 9.
