To get into the NIT Surathkal electronics and communication engineering program, students generally need at least a JEE Main percentile of 90 or more. There is, however a plus or minus every year by which the cutoff goes in each year because the whole process depends on the examination standards, number of candidates presenting themselves for the test and the overall performance of these candidates.
