If you belong to SC then in IIITs, you will be exempted to pay the tution fees. But you have to pay the other fees. You need to pay some amount as fees, and it varies in every IIITs.

According to your mark 91 percentile in EWS category, you may get some lower branch in the north eastern NITs (except NIT Silchar). But I would strongly suggest you to focus on other like JEE Mains attempts and score around 97 percentile so that you can get some decent branches in a good NIT or if you happy on north eastern NITs then your mark is suitable for it.

Yes you can surely drop from your college if you wish but it must not be too late in the course duration. You can continue your present study and attempt JEE to get admission in NIT or IIIT. Also you can continue your present study and prepare for GATE and then move to NIT or IIT for M.Tech.

Cutt off trend for most of the NIT is 65+. You can try some newly opened NIT.

Yes, she can get NIT but it's very hard to get a CSE branch with this percentile but if you want to go with CSE branch then you should go with IITs. Best of luck.

With this percentile its very much hard to get any government colleges. I suggest you to go for private university. No, atleast 83 above percentile is minimum required to get a good college for engineering for obc pwd candidate. Best wishes to you.

With this score, there is nothing waiting for you. It's very hard to get into a government college. But you can apply for private colleges.

It is not easy to get an NIT but you easily get IIITs with this rank. You should try to upgrade your marks in the 2nd session. So focus on that.

You easily get into NITs and IITs. Just focus on 2nd season and upgrade the grades. After that you should focus on JEE Advance and get into IITs.
