Yes you can get admission in NIT but branch may differ from your choice. However in low NIT's you can get even good branch also. Now for taking seat in IIT you should first clear JEE advance examination then according that rank you can get admission in IIT. Here are few NIT's where there ia a chance that you can get seat :
NIT Jalandhar : here you can get Industrial and Production Engineering
NIT Durgapur: here Biotechnology you can get
NIT Nagaland: Here you can get Electronics and Instrumental engineering
NIT Raipur: Biotechnology you can get here
NIT Agartala: Production engineering you can get here
There may be few more colleges.

Since there are more alternatives in civil for government jobs, I can infer that you want to study M.Tech but not PSU if you want to succeed in GATE CS. I am listing the materials a kid will require for preparation since I was a GATE aspirant:

Admission to NITs cannot be obtained in 20 days. You must conduct a thorough study of PCM. For the past two years, students have given everything they have to get ready for the approaching JEE Main exams. Create a schedule for each subject and allow enough time for it. Now, you have just 20 days to revise the course material. I wish you luck.

First and very important to get yourself into a reputed engineering college like NIT's you need to qualify the JEE (Join Entrance Exam) with the score of at least 200+ so that you can get admission in top B.Tech courses like CSE. IT, ME, etc. Also the most basic criteria is that you must have A minimum of 65% in Class 12 for SC/ST. After you are eligible according to the cutoff there will be a counselling process conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). But also to remember that JEE main is a very competitive exam. I can relate to and share your anxiety over being accepted into your preferred branch of study at an NIT. The percentage that the nationality testing agency has designated as the cut off for your category is 67.0090297, which you have shown in the enquiry as your ranking under the OBC NCL category. I'm confident that you are aware of your percentile and can therefore determine for yourself if you qualify for admission. You can only apply for admission if your percentile is higher than this.
