For that, you have to give JEE Mains or your state engineering entrance. You should hold a good rank in that entrance exam. The rank will decide your NIT.

According to your JEE Mains marks, you will not be able to get any NIT seat. But you can apply for the private colleges. There are many good private colleges which have a good infrastructure and placement. You can use our Shiksha college predicator. So BEST OF LUCK!

Please write about the home state you belong to for a better response. Because NITs seem difficult for getting through other state quota in asked category.

Hello Sathya,
Your percentile as well as ranking specially in e w s category is indeed quite good. I am sure with this, you are bound to get seat in one of the NIT. But I am afraid getting computer sciences engineering will be a tough task. This is so since almost every student gives this branch as the first choice. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict the college that you can get based on your performance in this examination. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

As you are saying that your percentile is 62. It is impossible for you to get a seat in NIT or IIT. You can try for private colleges.
