You need to qualify in JEE Mains in order to have a chance of getting into NIT. The JEE Main 2020 cutoff percentile for general category is 90.3765335. You got 86 percentile. So, you don't have the chance of getting into NIT. Apart from NITs there are some top private colleges which have their own entrance exams and some other colleges which offer admission based on your 12th score also.
