Hi, Papiya
You should look into the National Rail and Transportation Institute. It is a university set up by the Indian Railways and it offers 2 B.Tech. Courses. The university gets very good faculty from IITs and Iims and has also been providing its students with excellent placement opportunities.

There is an Entrance Exam for different courses in which you have to secure a better rank to get into NIT Jamshedpur. SEE for B.Tech course, you have some decent percentile or rank to secure in JEE Mains to get into NIT Jamshedpur. For M.Tech you have to secure a good rank in GATE Exam. The board exam is neither much related to these courses irrespective of the Eligibility criteria. IF you are 60 or 60 plus percentage in 10th or 12th you are eligible for above Entrance Exam.
