Any percentile above 95, you will get NIT's for sure irrespective of the Branch.

Firstly congratulations regarding the score getting the score itself isn't important even counselling process also matters a lot. Firstly keep top colleges first there will be no problem regarding it since we can keep as many as we want in the list and then proceed in the decreasing order of colleges at last keep the unwanted colleges this ensure you to get a better version of colleges.

Of course yes, If you secure a good percentile like 95 to 99 then you get into NIT Easily.

There is a less chance but I will say go for counselling If you have a chance it would be in last or spot round of counselling.

SEE you may get colleges if you belong to Sc/st. But there is no confirmation from my side. But I suggest you go till last round and spot round in counselling, If any chance of getting a NIT's you may get. There is very less chance of General and OBC candidates in with this percentile for NIT's.

I think there is less chance of getting an NIT college with this percentile But I suggest you to go for counselling process if there is a chance it will be in the last round or spot round.
