3. NIT Surathkal (B.Tech EEE, ECE, Civil and Mechanical)
4. VNIT Nagpur (B.Tech EEE, ECE, Civil and Mechanical)
5. MNNIT Allahabad (B.Tech CSE, IT, ECE, Electrical, Civil and Mechanical).

NIT offers B.Tech in food engineering as well as in bio engineering.

You may get CSE in lower NIT. Chances are high in home state if it's not a top NIT.

Your friend's JEE Main percentile is not enough to get any NITs. NITs needs the JEE Main percentile above 92. Hence, ask him to improve his JEE Main percentile in the April-2020 exam.
