With this percentile it would be diificult for you to get into NITs. Rank will be alloted as per the number of students and category of the students for shortlisting the candidates. You should wait for the official announcement . Hope this helps.

The National Institutes of Technology (NITs) have extremely tough admissions processes, and each year's cutoffs can change depending on the number of applications, the number of seats available, and the exam's level of difficulty. A JEE Main percentile of 96.5 may make it difficult to gain admission to prestigious NITs.However, your prospects can be improved if you fall under the OBC category and have a Telangana state rank of 11,560. For different classifications, including OBC, NITs have separate seat quotas, which can be advantageous during the admissions process. It is advised to consult the official JEE Main website (jeemain.nta.ni

With a JEE Main percentile of 92 and an OBC category rank of 25,000, you have a good chance of securing admission to National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs) for the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch. However, the availability of seats and the specific NITs/IIITs/GFTIs you can get admission to may vary depending on the cutoff ranks and the competition. Here are some NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs where you may have a chance of getting admission in ECE:1. NIT Warangal2. NIT Trichy3. NIT Calicut4. NIT Surathkal5. NIT Rou

Yes, it is nice but you can’t get any NITs because now a days, competition is very high. Everyone is trying to get into NITs and IIITs, although there is a chance to get in GFFTIs and IIITs.

RV College of Engineering (RVCE) and National Institutes of Technology (NITs) are both highly regarded engineering colleges in India. RVCE is a private college located in Bangalore, Karnataka, while NITs are a group of government-funded technical institutes located across the country. Both RVCE and NITs have excellent faculty and facilities. If you are looking for a college with a strong academic reputation and a vibrant campus life, then RVCE may be a good choice for you. If you are looking for a college with lower fees and a wider range of admission options, then an NIT may be a better option.
