Don't do that, if you repeat class 12, this will led to turn down the whole year . You can get admission in B.Tech.

You are eligible for IIT, just work hard in JEE Main to qualify Cut Off and in Advance to get IIT and NIT.

Sorry dear NITs or Government colleges are difficult to get on this rank. Better to look some other options or perform well in JEE Advanced.
