With a JEE Mains rank of 70,000, you can get admission in decent colleges for the EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) course. Here are some options:NITs (Lower Cut-off NITs) – You might get branches in newer NITs under the Home State quota.IIITs & GFTIs – Some IIITs and Government-Funded Technical Institutes may have seats available.State-Level Colleges – Apply through state counselling like in Maharashtra, Karnataka, etc.Private Colleges – Consider VIT, SRM, Manipal, where ranks are more flexible.Check JoSAA counseling and state-level cut-offs for exact details. Comparing IIEST Shibpur and NIT Trichy for BArch programmes regarding fees and NIRF ranking, IIEST Shibpur is the one that is preferably chosen. When it comes to the overall tuition fees, NIT Trichy and IIEST Shibpur has a total tuition fee of INR 6.3 lakh, which is equal. NIRF ranking are also one of the reasons to compare both: NIT Trichy has a ranking of #8, while that of IIEST Shibpur is #4. Altogether, these two factors make IIEST Shibpur is a good option to peruse an BArch programme.

For an BArch course at IIEST Shibpur, the total tuition fee is INR 6.3 Lacs with an NIRF ranking is #4. In contrast, SPA Delhi has a total tuition fee of INR 4 Lacs and a NIRF ranking is #5. While, the NIT Trichy BArch tuition fee ranges between INR 6.3 lakh with a NIRF ranking #8. In general, IIEST Shibpur is better in terms of the NIRF ranking and SPA Delhi is good in terms of affordability compared to IIEST Shibpur.

National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NIT Trichy) offers a two-year MBA course at the PG level. Aspirants get admitted based on a valid Common Admission Test (CAT) score. Apart from this, candidates currently in the final year of the UG course and having cleared CAT are also eligible to apply. To be eligible, candidates must have passed Undergraduate Degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 60% from recognised university. The CAT cut off 2023 for General All India category was 80 percentile. The cutoff for the past few years 2022, 2021 and 2020 have remained the same with 80 percentile.

If you have made the decision of studying chemical engineering then ICT Mumbai would be the best option you could have. ICT have an edge due to its specialised focus.ICT mumbai is way better than NIT Trichy for chemical engineering on most of the parameters if you are truly interested in chemical engineering .
