You can check previous year stats on JoSAA. The cut-off score or rank for desired college and branch. Possibly I'm not to sure but applying state quota + OBC quota the chances goes up. So, you have possibility of getting that.

NIT Trichy is best when compared to NITW.It also has good placements though the fees is high you will get good knowledge.So i suggest you to prefer this college.

As according to current scenario, I'll prefer you to opt for the NIT-Trichy for the B.Tech in metallury, chemcial from Rourkela,as in this college you will find the best faculty, infra and placements as compared to other colleges that you have mentioned above.

If you won't be able to get the NIT-Trichy, then you should opt for the MNIT-Allahabad, as that is the second best NIT in all the NITs after NIT-Trichy.
