Deciding a college depends on various factors like stream you wish to take, and the place where you belong to. NIT-Trichy is one of the top most colleges in our country and is certainly the better option out of the three if you look in terms of academics and placements point, but as said, if you belong to North India, it would be easier for you to blend with DTU rather than NIT Trichy. I would say NIT-Trichy, then DTU, then NSIT.

You can get admission depending upon following factors:
1. If the NIT is among top 3 your chances of getting decent branches are negligible.
2. Using home state plus OBC can get you a decent branch in other NITs.

As you are from Trichy, you are entitled to apply via Home State quota, and if you belong to general category you need to score atleast above 160 to have a chance.

With your marks, you can get into NIT only if you have both home state quota and SC/ST reservations and that also not in top NIT's. I would suggest you go for some good local college.
