Hello Sangat Naik, both the NIT's that you have mentioned are pretty old institutions and have a great reputation for excellence in academics as well as for placements. I feel that both are equally good and you can select either of these. Best wishes to you.

Hello Himanshu, normally speaking IIT's have more and bigger companies visiting for placements. But NIT Warangal is one of those old institutions which has developed great academic reputation and consequently great indeed are the placements. My advice is to take admission in Warangal if you get it. Best wishes to you.

Hello Banothu Manjula, firstly let me congratulate you for getting such excellent percentile in JEE Mains. Last year cutoff for ST was at 39. Considering this, I am sure that you will get admission in your desired NIT. I am attaching cutoffs for different categories of last year for your information only. Cut-off for JEE Advance
Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. For EWS students the cut-off is 70.2435518, for OBC it is 72.8887969, SC - 50.1760245, ST - 39.0696101, PwD - 0.06185224However if you want, you can download the college predictors for JEE Mains examination available on

Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. For EWS students the cut-off is 70.2435518, for OBC it is 72.8887969, SC - 50.1760245, ST - 39.0696101, PwD - 0.06185224
These were cutoff last year. I would like to advise you to download college predictors for JEE Mains and use it to find out probable branch and NIT that you can get. Best wishes to you.
