As according to current scenario, I'll prefer you to opt for the NIT-Trichy for the B.Tech in metallury, chemcial from Rourkela,as in this college you will find the best faculty, infra and placements as compared to other colleges that you have mentioned above.

If you won't be able to get the NIT-Trichy, then you should opt for the MNIT-Allahabad, as that is the second best NIT in all the NITs after NIT-Trichy.
