The placement stats are very good. NITW has acquired almost 100% placement for CSE branch, where INR. 50 LPA being the highest package and average being around INR. 10 LPA - INR. 12 LPA.

You are on the edge. Chances are there. But, you will get metallurgy and biotechnology branches for sure.

Obviously, civil engineering is better when compared to metallurgy and biotechnology branches. It is the oldest branch, and you can have both government jobs and private jobs.

NIT, Trichy has been ranked one among the NITs for a while now whereas NIT, Surathkal is said to be in top 3 but its position keeps on fluctuating. If we see the MHRD ranking for engineering colleges NIT, Trichy stands at 11th while NIT, Warangal stands at 22nd rank. Coming to the CSE department, the curriculum of both the colleges is similar. If you are open category, then its difficult to get a seat in NITW. You may get biotechnology too. It is not sure.

If you score more than 95%, it is the safe zone to get in NIT Warangal. If you belong to any category like SC or ST, try to score more than 90% percentile.

2) ISBS
