You have less chance. But if you have good score in degree and intermediate and if you can perform well in the GD and PI you will get .

If you have passion for programming & you really love the job, then do not quit, do more learning, write more programs, attain certifications, and once your passion ends & you are sure switch to a manager. If your current company does not have a path of helping you with Programming career, apparently you are in wrong place. In USA, we can see 25 year experienced programmers, they are not shy to say they are programmers. They actually love their job. Companies like Microsoft, Google have 25 year experienced programmers.
