It depends on your institute. Some institutes don't have internal sliding. Some do have it and Its either at the beginning of first year or the end of it. A notice will be given to you by your college. You will have to fill up a form and depending on the vacancy and your grades you might or might not get a change of branch.

If you would like to go abroad then EEE is good choice. Because there is more scope for EEE in Gulf countries. Compared to ECE there is more scope for EEE everywhere. It depends on your interest also.

Yes but you might not get the main branches. If you have a home state kota or you belong to reserved category then you might get the core streams.

if you consider placements and salary wise, ece dominates, it has got jobs both in private as well as government sector. eee is an ever green branch, since it doesn't get affected by recession. it has got plenty of jobs mainly in government sector. However I will suggest you to choose your interest. all the best! !!!

In my opinion, No.
NIT warangal Has better Campus Opportunities as well as Better Infrastructure Than MANIT.
Academics is also better there. If you get NIT warangal for CE go for it.
