Dear Singade,
You need to pay the pending fees in the current college and get a TC and Statement of Marks of your 1st Year. Then approach the concerned College in Hyderabad, Produce Equivalent Certificate from respective University and handover TC and continue your 2nd Year Degree. Ensure all papers are studied in 1st, else only those papers you will be asked to appear and clear it during your II Year.

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course, is you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent (Diploma degree), with minimum50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.

Yes, you can pursue BCA even after studying commerce in class 12th. Actually, the eligibility for BCA varies college to college. There are students who are studying commerce with mathematics or commerce with computer science, they are eligible for giving entrance test of any University for BCA.

You need to be passed in 12th with minimum 50% marks with Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology as mandatory subjects. You also need to clear OUCET entrance exam to get admission on the college.
