Yes you have. The admission process for each National Law University (NLU) is independent of other NLUs, and the cutoff rank for admission to NLUs may vary each year. As per the previous year's trends, it may be difficult to get admission to NLU Sonepat with an AIR of 27431 and SC rank of 1375. However, you may still have a chance to get admission in other NLUs or private law colleges. You can explore the admission process of other NLUs and private law colleges and apply accordingly.

If you have been allotted a seat in an NLUs LL. M. programme in the third and final list of CLAT you will be required to confirm your admission by paying the admission fee and accepting the seat. After confirming your admission, you will not be eligible to apply for vacant seats in other NLUs. However, if you decline the allotted seat before the deadline, you may be eligible for the vacancy round and participate in the spot counseling process. You can check the CLAT website and the individual NLU websites for more information on the admission process and vacancy rounds.

The NLU Consortium conducts three rounds of counselling for admission to its participating National Law Universities (NLUs) through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). The counselling process typically starts after the announcement of CLAT results and involves online registration, choice filling, document verification, and seat allotment. The first round of counselling involves the allocation of seats based on the CLAT merit-cum-preference, followed by the second round, which offers candidates the option to upgrade or shift to higher preferences of NLUs. The cut-off ranks for admission to National Law Universities (NLUs) vary each year depending on various factors such as the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, and the availability of seats in each NLU. It's recommended that you check the cut-off ranks of the NLUs you're interested in to SEE if you meet their eligib

Your AIR rank of 29417 and All India SC rank of 1600 are quite good and you have a decent chance of getting admission in some of the National Law Universities (NLUs) in India. However, your Madhya Pradesh rank of 99 may not be sufficient for admission in NLUs that have a domicile reservation for Madhya Pradesh. Since the cutoffs for admission to different NLUs vary every year based on various factors like the number of seats available, the number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, etc. , it is difficult to predict your chances of getting admission in a particular NLU.
